The Frisco Pet Nanny is a professional “at home” pet service. I provide one on one pet visits for work related travel, and vacations. I do NOT take verbal requests for reservations. A confirmation will be emailed to you with the visits you have requested. This verifies that your reservations are in the schedule.

All of your account information is kept in the client portal. If there are any changes (phone numbers, alarm codes, vet contact info, meds, new pets, etc.) please make sure to update these. It is your responsibility to make sure this is accurate. My goal is to make this as stress free as possible for all involved.

The following is a general outline of services. If your pet is ill or physically impaired and requires additional care the fee amount will be adjusted. I am able to administer injections with cooperative pets, give medications, or care for simple disorders. IF NON-ROUTINE CARE IS NEEDED AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE APPLIED! FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Clients will not be refunded if they return early. Charges will apply to scheduled times.

There will be a $35 charge for returned checks.

There will be an additional $10 daily surcharge for the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Eve
  • New Year’s Day
  • Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday after Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

There is no charge for the initial meeting and key pickup.

There will be a $10 charge for picking up/returning keys for existing clients. This does not apply to the initial key pickup.

1 adult pet: $20 per visit
2 adult pets: $22 per visit
3 adult pets: $24 per visit
4 adult pets: $26 per visit

Additional fees may apply for animals with special requirements (i.e., injections, disabled or sick animals)

Small caged animals (gerbils, hamsters, lizards, etc.) or fish tanks count as a single pet. For example, a gerbil and a aquarium would be charged as 2 pets – no matter how many animals are actually in there.

Basic House Sitting

1 visit per day: $22

Please make your reservations a minimum of 2 weeks in advance; however, I understand that this is not always possible! Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.

Holidays book up months in advance. If any last minute cancellations occur you will be charged up to 100% of the fee for visits that have been scheduled.

Vacation Policy: I normally work 7 days a week. When I do take a vacation, or long weekend you will be given an ample amount of time to make other arrangements.

Security System: A password for the system provider MUST be given to me. I cannot talk to the alarm company at all without a password. They will dispatch the police immediately. This all takes extra time and a service charge will be applied.

Reservations: I have software designed just for pet sitters. It covers every area of pet care and house related issues. To schedule reservations, please visit the client portal. To avoid any miscommunication, I will no longer take verbal reservations. After I receive your request thru my website, I will email you a confirmation of your reservation for you to review, with the fee amount. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all dates and services are correct on the confirmation page that is emailed to them. If any adjustments are needed please let me know as soon as possible. The worst thing to happen is a misunderstanding regarding the care of your pets!!

You can call me anytime while you are away. I don’t mind at all. You may need to leave a message but I will call you back. You can also email or text me. I have an iPhone so I can receive emails and text messages.
