2010 Rates and Services:
I am available for Pet Sitting Services in
Frisco,
west of Coit Road. Normal business hours are scheduled between 6am - 9pm
seven days a week. Phone hours are 8am - 5pm M - F. For emergencies,
please text my phone and I will get back to you immediately.
To schedule reservations, please use the schedule
visits link to the left and fill out the form online. This sends an
email to me and documents your request. To avoid any miscommunication,
I am no longer accepting verbal or telephone reservations. After I
receive your request, I will email you a confirmation of your
reservation for you to review. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all dates and services are correct! If any changes are needed please let me know as soon as possible. The fee amount will be included.

Dog walks include waste pickup in order to comply with Frisco City
Ordinances. Waste bags are included.
Dog walks are limited to no more than two dogs!
We often experience high ozone levels and extreme heat in the summer
months. This is not healthy for animals, or humans! I may subsititute
indoor play with a short trip outside on high ozone days. I may also
elect to do this on bad weather days (i.e., snow days, thunderstorms,
tornados, etc.)

Holidays will be billed at normal pet visit rates. The $10/day holiday
surcharge will also apply.

Dog Walks/Potty Breaks are scheduled
during
the work week. If you work long hours, or your pet needs a break during
the day to stretch and do his/her business, call and schedule a time or
two each day!
Emergency potty break: I understand
that
things sometimes happen at work that can't be helped, but this can
really throw off my day! I will charge you $20 to cover rescheduling
and retrieving your key, for each "same day" request for service.

We would
prefer that you
make your reservations a
minimum of 2 weeks in advance; however, we understand that this is not
always possible!
Holidays
are our busiest
time so make your
arrangements early to insure we have room for you!
Vacation
Policy:
Pet sitting
is a full
time job, 24/7. My peak
times are during summer, and any
major holidays, with the month between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day
being the busiest.
I try to
schedule 1 week
and a couple of long
weekends off each year. I take my breaks during off-peak times in order
to minimize the impact on you.
When I am
on vacation, I
do not return calls or
answer emails. I typically give advance notice via the
website and also on my voicemail of the dates that I will
not be available. It is your responsibility to make alternate
arrangements during my breaks. You can go to www.petsit.com
